Visiting the website
The hosting provider processes connection data necessary to deliver and secure this website, such as IP address, access time, requested file and browser information. Processing is based on the legitimate interest in secure website operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Email enquiries
The enquiry form initially prepares your details exclusively in your browser. We receive that information only when you send the prepared email yourself from your email application. We use it to handle your enquiry and take steps towards a possible contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data is deleted when the enquiry is completed unless legal retention requirements apply.
Brochure delivery
When you request the brochure, your name, email address and telephone number are transmitted to our server. We use them to send the download link and handle your enquiry under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The responsible team receives an internal notification; your request is saved in a protected database and CSV list outside the public website directory. This does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Details are deleted when the enquiry is completed unless legal retention requirements apply. To prevent abuse, we temporarily process pseudonymous checks derived from IP and email addresses on the basis of our legitimate interest in secure delivery under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Checks older than 24 hours are removed from active processing on subsequent form visits.

Film and brochure
Fonts and the background video are served by this website. The PDF brochure is provided by email through a time-limited download link. Other films are requested from www.die-geissens-realestate.com after you activate the film player. This transfers connection data necessary to deliver the video to that provider.
